To keep this dish in good condition, please follow these steps:
- Before first use, wash thoroughly with hot soapy water.
- Do not use strong detergents, harsh abrasives, brushes, rough or wire scrubbers.
- Hand-washing is always preferrable.
- Only use silicone, wood or plastic utensils.
- Do not allow an empty dish to heat on the EcoServe for more than 15 mins.
- Cool the pan before cleaning; avoid cold water on a hot pan.
- Stack the dishes to a maximum of 5 with a protective layer between each dish.
- Rinse and dry thoroughly after cleaning.
